Here’s the awkward part where I’m supposed to talk about myself. (And yes, that is me slating for stacey abrams)!
If it’s something creative, I’m on board to do whatever is needed to get it out into the world. I’m passionate (what creative isn’t), hard-working, and bring extensive knowledge from agency and corporate environments. As a creative storyteller, I strive to push the boundaries of creativity by using striking visuals paired with a clean and professional design aesthetic. I’ve also got a unique mix of creativity, time management, problem-solving, and technical skills acquired from over 18 years of experience. I’ve done everything from casting, design, directing, and producing in print, radio, film, and other media. My work style is laid back (aka, I get along well with others) while also focusing on meeting client deliverables and developing outstanding creative. I believe in open communication and collaboration and am quick to grasp the big picture. I’ve worked with clients in the beauty and entertainment industry, as well as non-profits and major corporations utilizing traditional and non-traditional media. I even studied for over five years at the top professional acting studio in Atlanta and I actually worked for a circus (albeit as a creative). I’m an advocate for social justice issues and love to share people’s stories and experiences in the hopes of positive change. I’m never more myself than when I’m on set in whatever capacity is needed.
Some other fun facts about me. I’m a total geek. I love movies, TV, and reading, and I collect POPs. i enjoy every kind of tv show from stranger things to the chi. when my headphones are in, i’m either listening to alternative or hip hop. I go to the occasional pop culture convention and I even started my own podcast about the HBO show, Game of Thrones, also including the book series. I can’t wait for House of the Dragon to premiere in 2022 so I can get back to podcasting about dragons!
